IHOUSE K.K.（以下「当社」）は、業務プラットフォーム「JClaw」（以下「本サービス」）における利用者の個人情報を、以下の方針に基づき取り扱います。
法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく第三者に個人情報を提供しません。サービス提供のため、次の処理委託先を利用します：Apple（プッシュ通知）、メール配信事業者、AI 応答処理のための言語モデル提供者（会話内容は応答生成の目的にのみ利用されます）。
データは契約企業（テナント）ごとに分離して保管します。契約終了後、所定の期間を経てデータを削除します。企業管理者は自社データの削除を当社に依頼できます。
通信は TLS により暗号化され、認証情報は暗号化して保管します。アクセス権限は役割に基づき制御されます。

IHOUSE K.K. ("we") handles personal information in the JClaw business platform (the "Service") under this policy.
We do not share personal information without consent except as required by law. Processors used to provide the Service: Apple (push notifications), email delivery providers, and language-model providers for AI responses (conversation content is used solely to generate replies).
Data is stored separately per contracting company (tenant) and deleted after a defined period following contract termination. Company administrators may request deletion of their company's data.
Communications are encrypted with TLS, credentials are stored encrypted, and access is role-based.
