本規約は、IHOUSE K.K.（以下「当社」）が提供する業務プラットフォーム「JClaw」（アプリ「JClaw Work」を含み、以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本サービスは法人向けサービスです。アカウントは利用契約を締結した企業（以下「契約企業」）の管理者が発行・管理します。利用者は自己のアカウント情報を適切に管理し、第三者に譲渡・貸与してはなりません。アカウントの停止・削除は契約企業の管理者を通じて行われます。
本サービスに関する知的財産権は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者が本サービスに保存したコンテンツの権利は利用者または契約企業に帰属します。
当社は、メンテナンスや障害等により、事前の通知なく本サービスの全部または一部を変更・中断・停止することがあります。
当社は、本サービスの利用に起因して利用者に生じた損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。AI 機能の出力は正確性を保証するものではなく、業務判断は利用者の責任で行ってください。
個人情報の取扱いはプライバシーポリシーによります。
当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。重要な変更は本サービス上で告知します。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

本协议规定 IHOUSE K.K.（下称"我们"）提供的业务平台「JClaw」（含应用「JClaw Work」，下称"本服务"）的使用条件。
本服务面向企业。账号由签约企业的管理员发放和管理。用户应妥善保管账号信息，不得转让或出借给第三方。账号的停用与删除通过签约企业的管理员进行。
本服务相关知识产权归我们或合法权利人所有。用户存储于本服务的内容的权利归用户或签约企业所有。
因维护或故障等原因，我们可能在不事先通知的情况下变更、中断或停止本服务的全部或部分。
除我们存在故意或重大过失外，对因使用本服务产生的损害不承担责任。AI 功能的输出不保证准确性，业务判断由用户自行负责。
个人信息的处理依据隐私政策。
我们可根据需要修改本协议，重要变更将在本服务上公告。
本协议适用日本法律，与本服务相关的纠纷以东京地方法院为第一审专属管辖法院。

These terms govern use of the JClaw business platform (including the "JClaw Work" app, the "Service") provided by IHOUSE K.K. ("we").
The Service is for business use. Accounts are issued and managed by the administrator of the contracting company. Users must keep their credentials secure and may not transfer or lend them. Account suspension and deletion are handled through the contracting company's administrator.
Intellectual property in the Service belongs to us or rightful owners. Rights to content stored by users belong to the user or the contracting company.
We may change, interrupt or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice due to maintenance, failures or similar reasons.
Except for our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate; business decisions are the user's responsibility.
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
We may amend these terms as needed. Material changes will be announced within the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive first-instance jurisdiction over disputes.
